Become a Mentor

Make a difference this summer. Join an international team of creative writers and thinkers to inspire the next generation of young writers. As part of the 2022 Mentor cohort, you'll have the opportunity to earn volunteer hours, gain valuable leadership experience, and access an accomplished, global network. And, of course, you'll be fueling a young person's passion to create.

Like all leadership roles at The Incandescent Review, this is a volunteer position and regretfully, we are unable to offer financial compensation at this time. It will require a few hours commitment per week and can be paired with other commitments. You must be at least 16 to apply.
